Avery grew up in the suburb of Terrace Park, located on the east side of Cincinnati. After completing her high school education at Mariemont, she attended the University of Cincinnati where she found her passion for real estate. She joined the Reed & Roe real estate team at Coldwell Banker Realty in 2023, a nationally recognized team ranked among the top 30 medium teams in the country.
Avery specializes in working with first-time buyers and growing families, with a strong focus on Cincinnati’s east side communities including Mariemont, Terrace Park, Fairfax, and Madisonville. As part of a team ranked #1 in the Mariemont school District, she offers her clients local expertise, strong connections, and access to opportunities both on and off market.
In her downtime, Avery enjoys spending time with her two Australian Shepherds, often exploring local parks and trails. She coaches tennis at Mariemont Junior High and Summit Country Day, and on weekends can be found cheering on the Bengals or serving on the board of Last Mile Food Rescue.
